MYOB ESSENTIALS SUPER PORTAL

Hi,

 

I am logging into the super portal via myob essentials with the email address that I used for setup, and it keeps telling me its incorrect username. Can someone please point me in the right direction as to how I confirm or reset my username.

Hi @bookkeeper3 

 

I know it's been some time since you posted however I still thought to post in case I can add some value.

 

The username should be the email address used on signup, from your description it sounds like you're using the right email.

 

How I would be testing this would be to use the "Forgot password" option and enter the Email into that Username field. This should do a check for that Username and perhaps also refresh that record.

 

If you're still having problems we'd need someone in support to take a look into this.
