MYOB Essentials Login ISSUE Remains

An ever present issue!

Others with issue - over 1800

Reported as Resolved in 2017 = NOT & its now 2018!

My User rating for ongoing issues ..out of 10 = 1

Issues required = NIL

Events in last 6 months = 4

 

Scenario:

 

 

> could enter my login details, but as soon as the dashboard shows up it re-routes straight back to the login page ....this action in all cleared browsers continues in a endless loop.

> Needed to get accounts done urgent

> had issues with this also on Samsung tablet while on business in the country

> I tried/use all browsers, cleared caches all to find to my dismay AGAIN ...its on MYOBs side.

 

ACTIONS

 

- MYOB Unreliablity needs to be finally addressed

- Useability testing is required

 

Anyone have answers?

HI @LoginLoop

 

When you are accessing the MYOB Essentials site, are you using a previously saved bookmark or are you accessing through the MYOB Website by going to Sign In >> MYOB Essentials?

 

Our team are aware of an issue where using a bookmark to access the MYOB Essentials file will require a login once again after the initial login.

Logon to MYOB essentials and it loops back again, again, again.  Still a problem.  Log on from different desktops not used for essentials.  Log on through website, doesnt matter it just loops.  What a farce!
