MYOB Essentials is not launching

Cannot launch MYOB Essentials........this seems to be an ongoing issue for me.  All other web pages load and run OK.

 

IS there something I can do with settings and the like or is it simply that the system is down??

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a great resource

 

We haven’t had any reports of MYOB Essentials being down today, and I’ve tried accessing my Australian MYOB Essentials file and I can get in without any problems.

 

Are you able to try clearing the cache on your internet browser, Refreshyourcache.com  will be able to assist with this as it has steps on clearing the cache for all of the common internet browsers. Additionally if you aren’t already I recommend trying to access MYOB Essentials using Google Chrome.

 

Please do let us know how you get on and if you can access your MYOB Essentials file

Thanks ...clearing the cache seemed to do the trick. Was already using Chrome
