MYOB is not allowing me to open any of the menus - it simply is defaulting to the My Businesses page.

Me too - and I just posted a separate message (didn't see yours before that).
We are aware of this and are currently looking into why this is happening. Our team are working hard on getting this resolved as soon as possible
