MYOB Essentials screen loading/payment summaries error (27/06/2019)

Hi Everyone


Products: MYOB Essentials

We are aware that clients are experiencing slowness and screen loading with MYOB Essentials.

 

Payment Summaries are also impacted with the PAYG Payment Summary Centre showing "There are no payments" OR "Opps, something's not quite right. Please try again shortly".

We apologise for the inconvenience, we’re looking into the cause right now and we realise how important it is to resolve it as quickly as possible, especially the payment summary message at this time of the year.
