MYOB Essentials still sending out reminders when subscription has been cancelled

I have cancelled our MYOB Essessentials Account back in November 2019.

Our Period was paid up till 31 December 2019.

I disabled the reminder notices during this time.

This week MYOB sent out reminder notices to our clients with a November date on them.

I cannot go into the programe to check if the reminders have been enabled again.

How can I stop this from happening again?

Hi @JoSanders1 

 

Sorry to hear you've had this problem. I've had a look at your account and unpaid invoice reminders hadn't been turned off before your subscription was cancelled. That function has now been turned off so this shouldn't happen again.
