MYOB Paysuper

I tried to pay SG for new employee who is with IOOF Employer Super Fund but MYOB super facility could not do it. I checked with IOOF super fund and all details including USI are correct. Someone could help me please.  I am using Account Right and has been using pay super since it was introduced and never have problem before.

Hi @MBREcho

 

What was the error? Maybe there are some missing details in the employee card. You should get a red X in the Pay Super Screen of the employee. Hover over to see the problem.
