MYOB Support

Is there any other way to contact MYOB to get help for a complex issue.  The live chat doesnt work and ive currently been on hold with then for 1 hr and 25 minutes.  

This is extremely frustrating, and I  cant find an email address anywhere. this is terrible service

If you do have an enquiry you are welcome to post it on this Forum, I'm sure the MYOB Community would be happy to assist. If you feel the issue is on the more complex side then the more information that can be provided the more we would be able to aid with your enquiry.

 

I understand that, that the enquiry may have something to do with reconciling a bank account. If so, MYOB Essentials Help Article: Reconciling transactions and possibly Undoing a bank reconciliation may be able to offer assistance in regards to that process.
