MYOB YourPay - trouble logging-in

Currently having trouble logging-in to https://yourpay.myob.com with my my.myob ID and password, plus my Authenticator code. Am wanting to set it up and use it with my Essentials file.

 

The YourPay feature is a new smartphone website for Essentials, where employees can clock-on and clock-off.

I guess that site might currently be down, or I may have been locked-out for a period.

YourPay is correctly working for myself and allowing me to log in to submit timesheets.

If you are unable to log in I would recommend clearing your Internet browser and/or trying in a different browser. Also do make sure that you are doing the correct link - which is https://yourpay.myob.com  


Note: you do need to be invited to use YorurPay within your MYOB Essentials business. Help Article: Using the YourPay app for timesheets and payslips would be able to assist with that process.
