Agreed...as well as the time to learn how to use another system.
It is still staggering that this is still an issue for what is the by far the most used browser out there, and the platform that other browsers are starting to use. The amount of productivity lost because of this must be off the charts.

I was contacted by a MYOB Customer Resolution Specialist, post my recent call to Support, who was exceedingly helpful and determined to figure out why the auto log out issue was occuring for those of us who had no success with the Flag Disable fix. I believe communication with the developers was pending, so it appears the problem is certainly being recognised and investigated.
Still no full resolution as yet, however after we worked through various options and tests within several browsers, I was able to log in, and remain so for up to 9 hours, using Firefox > New Private Window. (In Firefox Menu, top right). It's the equivalent of Chrome Incognito. Have tested several times since, all successful so far.
May not work for everyone, but hope it might be of some help to users experiencing the same difficulties?
