Money back redemption

Hello, we recently signed up to essentials package. Quickly realised this is not the program we needed. We have  now cancelled that subscription & signed up to account right. We are trying to email back the redemption form to get the first months fee returned. The email address we have been given keeps bouncing back.  mgb@myob.com. Could you please give me a new email adddress to get this saorted asap. Thanks.

Thanks for the email. However this is the exact email i have been trying to send the form from & its not letting me send, it keeps bouncing back. I am after another email that will work.

The error log you have sent me by direct message shows the following:

    host cluster5.us.messagelabs.com [67.219.247.50]

    SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<mgb@myob.com>:

    550 Invalid recipient <mgb@myob.com> (#5.1.1)

Were you able to try mbg@myob.com instead of the above mgb@myob.com? (i.e. the 'b' before the 'g')

thanks i didnt realise we had the two letters around the wrong way. I have now fixed that error & trying again.
