My Myob Essentials serial number/account does not show up in My.Myob under My Products, however a trial subscription started many years ago does.
I am wanting to cancel this subscription. If I cannot get this sorted, I will hve to just cancel the card the subscription is coming out of. Am not happy that this process is so hard to get sorted.

Looking at your contact setup, you are actually linked to multiple accounts. As a result, you would need to use the account selector (top right) of the my.MYOB account to select the appropriate account.

Thankyou. I tried that and it only lists the one old account, not the new account I have been using live.

I've made a slight change at our end and that account should now be listed. Can you try seeing if that account is now listed? You will need to log out and log back in if you have currently been logged on.
