Need to reconnect bank feed - Commonwealth Bank

Hello,

 

I accidently deleted the wrong bank feed from my myob account and I waited over 2 weeks, but it seems the commonwealth bank (netbank) still shows as connected. I have called commonwealth bank and they insist they can't do anything, as it is related to MYOB. What do I need to do to have it reconnected??

Hi @elf4u 

 

Based on your forum details, I've located an Essentials account which had a CBA bank feeds set up, last 4 digits of the bank account is 7002. This particular account has been properly cancelled in our database, therefore, it will need to be re-applied. This time it will need to be done with an application form instead of via NetBank.
