Old Version of MYOB

I did a 30 day trial of MYOB before upgrading to a fully paid version yesterday. Whenever I try tp open my existing file I get the errors that my subcription has expired even though I've taken out a 12 month subscription.

 

Also it looks like somehow I now have 3 online accounts innsead of just 1.

Hi @Lee-DUgald,

 

From an investigation into your account I've found 2 Test Drive accounts that have been created and I can see a subscription for an original account as well.

 

As Test Drives create new accounts and entirely different licences, if we have subscribed to the original account and your file is still on the Trial Serial Number this won't be applied to the file you are working on.

 

To ensure I'm giving you the correct instructions on how to resolve this, can you please obtain the following information and send me a Private Message:

  • What version of the AccountRight Software you are using?
    (This should be shown on the Desktop Icon)

  • Which MYOB Serial Number the file is currently on?
    (You can find this by going to: Setup > Company Information)

  • Which Product the file is currently using?
    (You can find this by going to: Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
