Older bank transactions

Bank feeds, statements from the 1st April to the 23 April have not been downloaded but more resent statement have down loaded how do I get the older statements

hi,  have two transactions that have doubled up 24 april  , two payments are you able to delete them please

Hi @Dejion

 

If you do have two banking transactions i.e. one bank feed and one bank statement transaction we would recommend deleting the bank statement that involved in that duplicate bank transaction. MYOB Essentials Help Article: Deleting importing bank statements would be able to assist with that process.

 

Once that banking statement transaction has been deleted, you would be able reimport with minus that transaction(s). Note: you would need to redownload or manipulate the file to remove that transaction/s before re-importing.
