Paid invoices still showing on customer statement and when I enter a Take Payment

I have one customer that when i enter a take payment an invoice is showing from 2018 even though that invoice is paid in full. It is also showing on their statment. How can i fix this? I have attached a copy of their statement. I have deleted our Customer Details for thier privacy.

Hi @NWLTS 

 

One of the ways of resolving it could be by clearing browser cache to rule out any display issues. However, if it the invoice is still displayed on the statement, you might have to delete the payment and re-enter it to refresh the settings.

Tried what you have suggested it is still showing.

 

I have a message saying

 

Your professional partner or an administrator has locked all financial periods up to 30/06/2018. You cannot enter or edit any transactions on or before 30/06/2018"

 

Do i need to contact my accountant to fix this?

Yes, if you do not have the access to change the lock period, please contact your accountant or administrator on the file as they should be able to do so.
