Pay super from account right - problem with verification code

Hi,

 

I tried to sign up to pay super from AccountRight. I have entered all the info and I have received the verification code (the 1 cent deposit from MYOB with the 6-digit code in the transaction detail).

 

After I received the verification code, I went into the company file, clicked on "Pay Superannuation" (under Payroll in Command Centres). That took me to a screen where I could enter the verification code. When I submit, it said "Sorry, we're not ready to verify your bank account at the moment, please try again later".

 

I have waited 3 days before entering the verification code. Is there a problem with my profile (someone else on the forum had to make a phonecall to sort this error out), or do I need to wait longer before trying to enter the verification code again?

Sorry about the delayed response here, I'm wondering if you have successfully verified the bank account? If not, could you please send me a private message with the account details, including serial number, business name, the email address used for registration, so we can look into it for you?

 

You can do so by clicking on my user name, choose Send a message from the top right corner.
