I go into the MYOB essentials pay superannuation page and it asks me to add business details and signup for the portal. The pay super button is greyed out. There are no business details missing and I have already signed up for the portal (and previously paid using it). But I try again and it tells me I am already registered.
I am able to directly log into the MYOB Super portal okay.
With the pay super button greyed out in MYOB Essentials I can't create a csv file to download/upload. I have cleared the browser cache. Is there anything else I can try or am supposed to do to activate the pay super button?

In Essentials, the PaySuper button won't display if there are still some bits of information that need to be entered for your Employees.
I suggest checking out this support note for checking these details: Set up employees for paying super
In short, this information needs to be entered:
A common scenario is when we may have accidentally missed entering the Gender or the Mobile Number and this will prevent the button from being active.
