Hi, hoping someone can help. I have a payroll entry that is not automatching with the bank transactions. There is no anomaly with the amount, I don't understand why it not matching.

Thanks for your post. For a transaction to be auto-matched there would need to be one exact match available, so if there are multiply transactions for the same amount auto-matching won't work. These help articles have more information that you may find useful:
