Please check your values

I am paying 12 people. The pink box with Please check your values has popped up. I have restarted MYOB. I have restarted the pay run. I have re-set the frequency of paying then reverted. Nothing is working. Any assistance would be gratefully received.

Thank you for your post. I can see you spoke to one of our phone representatives today in regards to process the pay. Can I confirm if this issue has been resolved ?
