Quotes saving but not saving

I just started using MYOB essentials and it seems to be harder than it should be. 

 

I'm using Google Chrom Browser. When I save a quote it comes up with a green tick saying "quote saved successfully" but then when I close that window and then try to find the quote it says there are no saved quotes, so I have to start again, this is very frustrating and time consuming, please help.

Thank you for your post. To troubleshoot, can you please clear your browser cache. Once cleared, please attempt to save a new quote. Does it save ?
