RESOLVED - MYOB Essentials unable to select menu items - 12/1/2018

Hi All

 

Current Status - Resolved as of 1:45 pm AEST

 

Product: MYOB Essentials - (Australian Business)

 

We are aware that some Australian based clients upon selecting a menu item within their MYOB Essentials Business they are being redirected to the My Business page.  

 

Workaround: Push the CTRL key (Windows) or the Option key (Mac) on the keyboard and select the required menu option. This will generate the required drop-down menu to which you can select the relevant option.

 
Our team is currently investigating the cause of the issue and hope to get this back to normal as soon as possible. We're very sorry for the inconvenience caused by this.
