We are looking into an issue within MYOB Super Portal that throws the following error when submitting a file:
"An error occurred during payment submission. Please contact your administrator"
For investigation requirements, MYOB Super Portal is currently unavailable, we anticipate that all users will be able to gain access to the system by 8am tomorrow AEDT, if not before.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and thanks for your patience.
