SUPER PORTAL ERROR MOBILE NUMBERS

I am using the super portal for the first time and am having problems uploading a file to the super portal, it comes up that the mobile number must be 10 digits (which it is - with no spaces) - this error came up for all employees.

I DID delete and retype the number - the error is still there.

Went back to the employee card and re-wrote the numbers incase there were any spaces ect - Error still there

Does anyone know why this is happening? Thank you

Re: SUPER PORTAL ERROR MOBILE NUMBERS

Hi @cassbassdunk

Could you please provide the exact error message? Is it referring to the employer mobile number, or the employees'?

Generally speaking the mobile number field allows a 10-digit number starting with 04. If there were any mistakes in the uploaded contribution file, please delete the original upload, fix the details in Essentials then generate a new contribution file to be uploaded.

Please do let us know how you go.

Cheers,
Clover

Re: SUPER PORTAL ERROR MOBILE NUMBERS

This is the error message

"The Member Mobile Number must be 10 numbers in length, commencing with "04". (MIG.R.Mem.0028) "

All mobile numbers in essentials have 10 digits starting in "04"

I have deleted the download and re-typed into essentials and downloaed the rom again and again but it keeps coming up with the same error?
