Re: Sales by Item Reports

Hey @FRSC

Unfortunately we are currently experiencing an issue with the Sales by item report, which does not generate any results if you run it for a selected item. Please know our developers are aware of this issue and are currently investigating the root cause.

In the meantime the display will run perfectly fine if you run it for all items.
Please make sure you've already selected 'All' in the Item field, then if you choose 'All' for Sales status and run it for a large date range, does the report show any information then?

Please reply to this comment thread if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Samuel Oliver

Re: Sales by Item Reports

Hi @shane1

Thank you for your feedback.

As mentioned by @Soliver the development team are aware that the item report cannot be displayed on a per item basis. This is something that they are still trying to find the root cuase of to directly correct the error from occuring.

As such as we currently don't have a time frame for this correction yet.

Kind regards,
Steven

Re: Sales by Item Reports

Hi Shane (@shane1),

I'm not sure if you've noticed yet, but the most recent Essentials update has resolved the issue with the Sales by Item report. You are now able to generate this report for individual items.

I understand this has been a cause of frustration for you for some time. Thank you once again for your patience with this.

Cheers,
Suja Pillai
