Setting up allocation codes

Hi All,

 

I have just started my own subscription for MYOB Essentials and was previously an additional user on my Accountant's MYOB Essentials.

 

I need to set up the same account codes as my Accountant for when I allocate from Bank Feeds,

Hi @melissaz 

 

Accounts can be set up in your MYOB Essentials business through the following process:

  1. Go to the Business Name Menu (top right)
  2. Choose Accounts>>Account lists
  3. Once within the Account lists, you can select Add accounts
  4. Enter the desired account number, number, type and tax code
  5. Repeat Step 4 for as many accounts as required
  6. Select Save

The above process will allow you to add accounts into your MYOB Essentials business.
