Super not calculating correctly at 9.5%

We have been audited by the ATO and discovered that the super does not add up to 9.5% for the employees. I also seem to have an employee whos super just never seems to calculate correctly and I need to speak with someone to try work out what is going on.

Thanks for that. The first thing that I'd check is the set up of Superannuation Guarantee payroll category. Make sure that you haven't exempted any Ordinary Time Earnings (OTE) payroll categories that should be included in super calculations. You can check this by going to Payroll Categories>>Superannuation tab>>open the Super Guarantee category and click on Exempt. 

Also check that the Calculation Basis is Equals 9.5 % of Gross wages.
