Suspension of MYOB account

Hi, I subscribed to MYOB to move from Xero but have not had time to migrate, how do I suspend my subscription so that I am not paying for something I am not using?

Can I get a refund for the 5 months I have been paing?

Do I need to cancel and then re-subscribe when I am ready?

Our subscriptions commence at the time that they are taken out and carry on until you advise us that you wish to cancel that subscription, as outlined in sections 2 and 3 of our MYOB Cover Membership Terms and Conditions. That said our subscriptions are for a minimum of a 12 month period


If you weren’t in a position to start using the subscription then generally you would need to cancel the subscription and then take out a new one when you were ready to do so. Cancellations are handled by our cancellations team on 1300 555 151, however a subscription can only be cancelled after the minimum 12 month period has elapsed
