Technical problem with new employee card added, can’t access details, instead links to unrelated page

I tried to add a new employee to my account but when I select the name to go to their details I transfers me to “My businesses” page instead. The link to set up employee accounts also does not work.

Checking with MYOB support at the moment as have client with same problem. Maybe a platform problem when using some tablets/phones. They cannot replicate problem on their devices PC and Samsung. My PC works fine for my client. Support advised to contact them direct with device details being used. Also try using PC if possible in meantime.

Problem seems to be solved. Try opening in Google Crome as apparently this is the best browser for Essentials to run on.
