Can't see your image however based on subject the solution is to Optimise the file (See Optimisation Assistant under Start Menu). If this fails you need to either restore an error free backup or get the file repaired.

Hi @Joannayuen
When dealing with termination codes it is important to ascertain whether the error is due to a corruption in the data file, or because of the network/operating environment. In this instance, and as @gavin12345 suggests, the Termination code: 1209 tells us that we would need to bring the file in for investigation and repair.

I've tried optimise the file, but still not work & show this message
"An error occurred while attempting to compact the database. DM Error = (-3000-5049-7000-158)" & the program closed.
I thing I need to restore the backup file & re-input the missing transaction again.
