The PAY NOW button is missing when a client opens an invoice online

Hello,

 

I have been sending clients invoice with the option to Pay Now via credit card for a while now.

However recently, the button no longer appears. 

 

I have ensured the Online Payments button is checked and have tested the invoice - still the Pay Now button is missing.

 

I am sick of calling the customer serivce line to be greeted by overseas operator, handballed a couple of times around the office and then call suddently ends.

 

If I am unable to find a solution soon, off I go to Xero..

Hi @AnthonyCafe8

 

I have seen this before if the service is deactivated in the Merchant Portal, could you check if this is not Deactivated?

 

You can do this by checking out this support note: Accessing the Merchant Portal

 

This should show you if the service or Payment Service is enabled or not.

 

Keep me posted on what you find.

Yes, this is currently active and showing the details of my registered / nominated bank account.

Thanks for checking that for me, I've spoken to the team here and it looks like your Service was cancelled as they had not received the relevant documentation to continue the service.

 

I can see a few emails sent out on this, however to get this reactivated you can give us a call on: 1300 783 674

 

If you can provide them with your account details, they'll be able to help you set it back up.

So I can understand, had you called the team and organise the details however not hear anything afterwards or had you not received a notification to my post on ‎25-02-2019?
