I am running these reports and getting a message

 

Sorry the dots don't join up right now.

 

How am I supposed to run these reports?  I need them now.

HI @fullofquestions

 

In some cases this is a browser specific error which can be caused by using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. If you aren’t already using it I recommend using Google Chrome to access your MYOB Essentials to try running those reports.

 

In addition I recommend clearing the cache on your internet browser. Refreshyourcache.com has great instructions on how to do this for most commonly used internet browsers.
