Why can't I get my two-factor authentication via email????

Thank you for your post.

Currently there are not incidents or issues that we are aware of that should hinder are user from receiving their 2FA code emails. 

 

In some cases, the emails can be delayed or rejected depending on the settings on your email system. I do recommend checking your email settings or speaking to your email provider to ensure that noreply@myob.com and no-reply@myob.com are added to your safe mail list. This will avoid the 2FA emails from being accidentally miscategorised as spam or junk mail and being rejected or filtered as a result. 

Alternatively, you could consider moving to app-based authentication. This Help Article: Switching between email and app two-factor authentication will be able to assist with that process.
