Hi there,
I have completed all the steps for STP. When I try and connect to the ATO an error appears saying that we are unable to connect, please try again later. Apparently we need to change settings on our internet explorer. Can you please let me know what these settings are.

Are you able to confirm the product and the version that you are using. Please provide steps to get to that error and also screenshot of that error message.If you are using Essentials I would recommend changing to different browser(Chrome) and try Setting up Single Touch Payroll reporting.
