Unable to access a coding report via the Bank transactions Screen

We have multiple users and need to find out why one of them is unable to Select the bank transactions on the Bank transaction screen and then GENERATE REPORT.  When I log in, I can go to Bank Transactions- choose dates, select the box beside DATE and then generate a report. However, when a colleague logs in, she doesn't have the box to be able to select the transactions. (so no - checkbox beside DATE)

Any ideas?

Hi @joannemarshall 

 

The Coding Report in MYOB Essentials is available to MYOB Partners with a Partner Dashboard and is invited to the MYOB Essentials as an Advisor.

 

In the case of your user, it is likely that the user is not an advisor to that MYOB Essentials and thus doesn't have that access.


Do note that they should only be invited as a user or an advisor, not both.
