Due to an internal change of our domain systems, some clients may experience a problem with emailing documents to their MYOB Essentials In Tray.
As email providers do catch up to the change of domain systems we expect clients to be able to email those documents to the In Tray again, however, this can take a period of time in some cases.
In the meantime, you are welcome to use the drag and drop method or manually uploading that document to the In Tray. Do take a look at MYOB Essentials Help Article: Uploading supplier invoices for more information on those options.
