I can't log into myob essentials. It keeps going back to the home page. I changed my password thinking it was wrong, but it is still doing it. I have recently started a trial to see if I like it, but not being able to log in is putting me off. I don't like the idea of these online accounts because of these issues, I would rather stick to my desk top where I have never had any trouble. I am currently using Accountright and was going to transfer over to Essentials, but now not sure.

Are you able to clarify something so that we can assist you better? When you log in and are returned back to the front screen are you receiving any error messages? If you are, what is the exact wording of the error message?
In addition, it might also be worth clearing the cache on your internet browser, or trying a different browser such as Google Chrome as in some cases this can clear a number of different errors within MYOB Essentials.

Hi when I try to log in, it returns the home screen. There is no error message at all. I have tried using google chrome and fire fox, and I have cleared both caches but am still having the same problem.
As you have followed @Neil_M's instruction with the cache, this suggests an error with User Linking within Essentials itself, can I please ask that you send me a Private Message with the Email Address you log in with and the Business Name you are trying to log in to.
Using these details I will look into the Essentials backend to see if your User is linked properly.
