Unable to login into invoicing app

We have recently set up our business with MYOB essentials accounting and I have tried to set up my details on the iphone invoicing app. I entered my username (email) and password and it then took me to a screen to enter a 4 digit pin. I did this. The next screen displayed our business name at the top and had two boxes, one for username and one for password. When i enter my details in here it keeps telling me my login details are incorrect. Is anyone able to fix this for me? The ability to invoice from my phone is one of the key reasons we switched to MYOB from our previous desktop based software. Any help appreciated.

SOLVED. Needed to press login while username was left as Administrator and password was blank. Thanks to phone support.
