Unable to pay super

I have only one staff member who is eligible for super. 

I have signed up to portal, however the program is asking me to put in details fr other employees super - I do not have this as they never earn required amount and work rarely. It then says sign up for portal which Ive already done but it will not allow me to click the pay super button.

How can I pay my employees super through portal?

Hi @KellieR 

 

In MYOB Essentials, it does check to make sure all employees have the required details entered before Pay Superannuation is enabled. The following areas are required, please do make sure these fields are completed for all employees, even if they don't normally earn enough to accrual super.

Once all employee contacts have the set up completed, you'll be able to just generate Pay Super contribution files for the eligible employee(s) only going forward.
