Why - Something went wrong

Why am I getting this message when trying to navigate around New Essentials - and how do I resolve it?

Hi Ian

 

Sorry that you are experiencing this. Is there any specific area of New Essentials that you are receiving this error? We are aware that users can get this message in payroll/STP if the Payroll Settings are not complete or no Employee Cards have been set up.

 

If you are getting the error somewhere different please do let me know so that I can troubleshoot further.
