Why is it so hard to Cancel my Subscription!

I have been trying to cancel my MYOB subscription for months now. It's next to impossible to get through to the contact centre! I am being charged for something I am not using. It makes no sense that I can't log into my account and cancel my subscription.

 

Can someone please cancel this account or contact me asap if it has to be done over the phone
