Why is it soo hard to contact MYOB to cancel subscription?

Hi- After many days of trying to contact MYOB to cancel subscriptions & hours spent in the hour long ques & online chats... I am desperate & need guidance how to advise I am no longer using these services but still being charged.. Is there any other form of communication with MYOB ?? It is very easy to set up & have money taken from my account monthly for 2 subscriptions but seems to cancel isnt of interest to anyone...

Help please...

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble getting through to phone support and Live Chat. If you can send me the following information by private message I can arrange for your subscriptions to be cancelled:

 

  • serial numbers
  • business names
  • primary contact name
  • primary email address
