Why is it so difficult to cancel a subscription?  just had a very arsy assistant on the phone who said i wasnt a contact so made myself a contact as i am the only one with access to the myob file to be told he still cant help me and wants to speak to the original contact - can i add this is also the 5th time of trying to get through over the last 2 months on hold for hours and hours for nothing!  useless

Sorry to hear your have been having difficulty in organising a cancellation. Normally cancellations are handled by our cancellations team on 1300 555 151. That said if you would like to send me a private message with your MYOB product serial number and best contact number, I can pass these onto the team and ask them to reach out and assist you with the cancellation

 

Note- as per the MYOB Essentials terms of use we do require 10 days notice before the end of the month to cancel
