generating a gst report

I am having trouble generating a gst report, and advice?  I load the dates concerned and click the generate report button but nothing happens.

Hi there @Tamariki_School,

 

These issues tend to arise due to having pop-up / ad blockers installed. We do first and foremost recommend that you add MYOB Essentials as an exception or temporarily turn it off to see if that resolves the issue.

 

The other thing we would most definitely recommend you try is to clear your browser cache.

 

Further information on how to do so can be found on your respective browser's help page, however, I have included the Google Chrome help page below (as that is the browser we recommend clients use for Essentials).

 

Delete your cache, history, and other browser data

Hi there @Tamariki_School,

 

You're very welcome - great to hear that we've been able to assist!

 

In regards to your second query, in order to change your MYOB Essentials login details, you will need to access your my.MYOB account. Once you've logged in, select the My Account tab > Change Login, and update the e-mail address with your new g-mail details.

Hi @Tamariki_School

 

No worries, we all have moments like that.

The My Account option can be found in by logging into your my.MYOB account and select My Account using the toolbar. For example here is a screenshot of my own my.MYOB account:
