missing customer statement

I am printing end of month customer statements.  It is not generating a statement for one of my customers.  If I search the customer nothing comes up.  It makes no difference if I include zero balances statements or not.  I have previously sent statements to this customer so I'm not sure what has happened?

Hi there @BethM,

 

If you open up the contact card of the customer in question, is their e-mail address listed in the 'Email (To)' field under the 'Primary contact' heading or is it under 'Additional email addresses'?

 

If it's listed under the latter, that would be why the customer is not showing up in the Customer Statements window. In this case, simply enter the e-mail address in the Primary Contact Email field, click Save, and try again to see if that resolves the issue.
