monthly text

Hi all

 

Can anyone give me any insights into a monthly text that is being sent to a user (Who is away on vacation) as I have another staff member who is concerned this will impact BAU while the other is away.

 

Apparently this is a text message sent to the users phone. How would I go about changing / setting up a new phone for this phantom text? I can only guess it may be some sort of OTA auhtorisation or MFA?

To my knowledge, we don't have any text campaigns going on for our products. Although, we do typically use SMS for Pay Superannuation/MYOB Super Portal payments.

 

However, in saying that, so we can better assist with your enquiry can you get the user to send through a screenshot of the message.
