page not loading

Hi there,

when I click payroll reporting centre nothing comes up, it's blank

I would need to know a bit more information before I can help you further:

 

Do you use Essentials or AccountRight? Have you tried restarting the browser or software? And are you up to date with your Windows and browser updates? Have you cleared your cache? What are the last 4 digits of your serial number?

I am having the same problem downloading reports as PDF's. The only way I can get them out of Myob is to create a CSV file. It is a new version of Essentials. Serial No is 61***********.

Thanks for your post.

 

We are not aware of any problems regarding exporting reports to PDF.

 

  • Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Once cleared you sign back into Essentials and try to export the PDF.
  • Try using a different browser, such as Google Chrome or Firefox.
  • Is your browser blocking pop-ups?
  • If you have a comma (",") in the business name, PDFs are not created when using export. To solve this, remove the comma from the business name.
  • Do you get an error message?
  • Are you using a template for the report?
  • Does this happen to all reports?
