some reports won't generate

some reports won't generate

I am using MYOB Essentials, Internet Explorer and have allowed pop ups from @MYOB.com . Some reports I can generate fine eg. Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss. However many other reports won't generate, I get a new page with an error message :

Sorry, the dots just don't join up right now.

If you continue to have a problem accessing pages, please contact MYOB Essentials support.

Go Back to Dashboard.

At the moment I am simply looking for a report that shows debtors as at a date. I have tried the unpaid invoices report but the above message appears.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

I would try using Google Chrome as the reporting seems more stable.  Also clearing the cache sometimes helps
