there are many threads about this, it has been persistent for a year now and we get the usual responses such as "our team is looking into it"
and " we are redesigning the webspage and it will be rewritten and released Q3 2020"
meanwhile, we are expected to pay for a substandard, broken and clearly faulty product.

this is double handling but you then have a record of all quotes and invoices, makes it much easier to cancel your subscription to myob due to their incompetence ind ealing with the essentials logging you out issues...
did this without success, a year later the problem persists across various computers, browsers and OS.
It would appear that MYOB is incapable of writing a stable platform.
this has been going on for over a year now and MYOB is still throwing off. Time we started making complaints to the ACCC as this software is not 'fit for purpose' and not worth paying for.
We do understand that there is a number of clients that have been affected by a long-outstanding cookie issue that is impacting MYOB Essentials which causes those users to log out of the MYOB Essentials business unexpectedly. Due to the nature of the situation, it is still with our products teams, and we are unable to provide additional information and a resolution timeframe at this time.

VERY VERY Poor slow responce. A reminder your users are very unhappy with MYOB's failure to fix bug in even an UNTIMELY time trame.
Please hire a new, competent this time, head of programming / accounts or similar that can allocate the resources and skills needed to fix your ever increasing major long time outstanding bugs that get reported.
years of substandard product and still no idea of when it will be fixed. I believe that they have no idea how to fix it.
