To help accountants to speed up allocating and fixing up transactions, if these functionalities are implemented for the adviser down the pipeline it will be great.

A page will look like this, a permanent pane on the side listing the chart of accounts (as well as commonly used ones), on a page similar to bank feed transaction allocation. The user will just need to drag the transactions (one or multiple) to the accounts on the side for allocation. Allocation would also work if the account is selected and the user drag it to the transaction they want to allocate into. If multiple accounts are selected for transaction a split pane appears for the transaction asking the user how they want the amount to be split across the selected multiple accounts.

Then for reallocation and account correction page, the page is split half left and right. Left showing transactions in a filtered view (by account, date, description, and or amount). Right showing detailed transactions of a selected account. User can select one or multiple tranactions from the left and drag them across to the right to reallocate them to a different account easily. The detailed account transactions side is refreshed automatically, a save button is available once the user is happy with the adjustments into that account.
